Any information on the hotels or services provided are according to the hotels, we won't be responsible for inaccuracies in such information. We can't guarantee the availability of particular features or facilities listed in hotel descriptions part unless the customer has specifically requested for it, and is responded to him/her on in writing.

Payments

Payments received are fixed once it is made regardless of any fluctuations.

Alternative Hotels

In the unlikely event that the hotel cannot provide the booked accommodation, you (our client) accepts that the hotels responsibility is to find an alternative of at least a similar standard and to provide transportation as appropriate to the alternative hotel. Dubai Hotels shall have no liability in respect of any costs, losses or damages existing out of or in connection with a relocation of accommodation.
